Hearts Challenge

Hi Everyone! This is Maria and it is time for another Bitten By The Bug 2 Challenge and Blog Hop! This week, I got the honor of being able to pick the challenge and host the Blog Hop--my first time to pick :-) I asked my fellow, very talented, Design Team members to use more than one heart from the Seasonal Love Struck 2010 Cricut Cartridge (or any heart-s if they didn't have Love Struck) to make a scrapbook layout....but if they weren't a scrapbooker it was totally fine to do a card. Now, I hope that you will play along and make make a scrapbook page or card with the hearts from Love Stuck or another Cricut Cartridge. You will be able to post your project below.
I can't wait to see what you make :-)

Please "hop" along following the list below to visit the blog's of our Design Team members participating in the Blog Hop this time--who knows, you might even get a chance to win a few prizes along the way...

Winner of the project of the week for the Hummingbird challenge

I want to thank everyone that played along with the hummingbird challenge! I'm so excited to see all of this participation, and I loved every project.
It was tough to pick just one for the project of the week, but I went with Paula Bee. I just love the elegant black and grey color scheme!
Congrats Paula!

Butterfly Challenge

Hi there ladies - this is Lori and I was asked to select this weeks' challenge ! I have had the Once Upon a Princess cartridge for a while but I haven't taken the chance to really play with it, so I thought now would be a great opportunity ! I selected the darling butterfly from page 59 in the handbook. I love to 'layer' things these days so I made a few different wings of contrasting paper and bent them to add dimension. Of course I HAD to use my stickles to glitter things up a bit too ! I had so much fun creating this layout of my niece ..... I rarely scrapbook anymore, as cards are SO much easier for me to actually finish (LOL)! I hope you had as much fun as I did with this challenge ! I can't wait to see what my wonderfully talented Design Team Sisters created (I know your projects will be FABULOUS !) and I hope all of you out there in Blog-Land will jump on board and take our challenge ! Be sure to add your creation by using the McLinky below !!! Hugs - and have a happy day !!!

Birthday Bash..Bird or Armadillo

Happy New Year Friends. BBTB2 is excited and ready to start creating in 2011! Some of the Holidays are over, I don't know about you though, but between my family and my husband's family there seems to be a Birthday every month.(wink). This week I decided to choose the whimsical Bird from Birthday Bash or the Armadillo. The bird can be found on page 21 in the manual, and the darling Armadillo can be found on page 66 in the manual. If you don't have this cart please feel free to use any cart with any whimsical little bird on it or armadillo. These little critters are so cute. I think I will grab a cup of hot cocoa with whipped cream and start creating. Please play along for your chance to win a blinkie that says "Card of the Week"..Happy Creating..Krista

Lyrical Letters - Hummingbird

Hi, Karen here. All of us at BBTB2 have had a little break for the holidays, but we're back and ready to have fun creating!
I don't know about you, but I've had enough of the cold weather already. I'm ready for spring, and what says spring better than a beautiful hummingbird? The designers have all created some gorgeous projects with this week's cut, and we would love to see what you create. I chose the hummingbird from Lyrical Letters, but there are hummingbirds on several different cartridges that you can use. And if you don't have a hummingbird, feel free to use any bird you wish.
