Santa Challenge Winner

Hello and Merry Christmas everyone!  I hope you are enjoying your day with family and friends.  It's such a special day and what better way to spend it than with your loved ones and sweet friends.  Brenda here to announce the winner of the Santa challenge.  Boy oh boy what fabulous projects you have linked up! I had a really, really hard time picking just one winner.  But after looking and then looking some more my eye kept coming back to this sweet tag by Shelly.  I loved how she took her tag shape and made a santa out of it by placing Santa's head on it and leaving the rest of the tag be her "body".  So cute and clever!  So Shelly, please email me at bsl60@embarqmail.com and I will get your blinkie out to you!!  Thanks to everyone for submitting such awesome projects, you guys always give me lots of inspiration and I'm always bowled over by your talented projects!  Have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy, healthy New Year!!  See you next year!

Baubles

Hello all
Julie  here, it's my turn to choose this weeks theme for the challenge!  As it's nearly Christmas I have asked the team to create a card or project using  baubles/Christmas ornaments. I love Christmas and it's such a busy time now leading up to the 25th  trimming the tree, sending cards to family and friends, wrapping presents,  spending precious times with family and friends too.
So without further ado look at the gorgeous projects the team have created for you this week and please join us in our challenge,  we love seeing your beautiful creations.  You can use any cartridge and lots of them have baubles and create a last minute card or maybe an ornament for your tree!
Thanks so much for joining us!

Make a Gift Bag or Gift Tag

Hello everyone!  Suzanne here with your challenge this week at BBTB2.  I hope you are all eagerly awaiting a new challenge after our break last week.  I know I was.
Today is a big day of resting  for me.   The last few weeks I have been creating like crazy for the Charity Auction at my LSS last night.  I am now teaching there so  many of my creations went on sale for the Wounded Warriors  and Navy Relief Fund.  It was an amazing auction and crafty people are some of the most generous people on Earth.
So on with the show-
This week I am challenging everyone to think about Gift Giving and decorate a gift bag or tag
using a Cricut cut.   Although I am crafty  I often forget about this aspect.  It is so fun to give a well thought out gift in a gift bag, box or container that you took the time to create and with an adorable homemade tag.
So here are the lovely projects created by my amazing and talented Design Team sisters.  I know they will wow you as always.
Remember the post  will be going live with our Monday morning weekly posts
will be going live at 7:00 am EST.

Gratitude

Hello everyone, this is Susan from Busy with the Cricky welcoming you to our Gratitude challenge.  I have so much in my life for which to be grateful - loving family, wonderful friends, health, happiness and Bitten by the Bug 2!!  It is however, my sad duty to tell you that we have had some changes here at Bitten by the Bug 2 and will be moving forward without leadership of Carole and Donna.  I am pleased to tell you that Carole will remain on the design team, but Donna, our much loved Popsicle Toes, will be leaving the team.  We will miss their leadership, their humor, and Donna's fun designs, but we are grateful for their devotion to this site and wish Donna godspeed in her future endeavors.   One last farewell as we are also losing two members of our design team:  Sandi & Glenda, we wish you each all the best!

I have agreed to try to rally the troops and move forward with BBTB2 - grateful for the opportunity to see Regina Easter's vision of a weekly Cricut cut challenge blog continue.   You may notice one immediate change - we will be going live with our Monday morning weekly posts earlier from here forward.  We are hoping to reach those in the east before they have to get their day underway.  From here on we will be going live at 7:00 am EST.

Today I am also grateful for each of you, our readers and those who choose to join us in the weekly challenges.  Without each of you we would be just a craft blog... and I think we are so much more!

Circle Design

Happy Monday dear BBTB2 visitors.  This week, BBTB2 will not be hosting the regular challenge.  Today our post is for inspiration only.  We selected the theme to be ...circles.  There is a lot of potential in this choice.   There are so many cartridges that offer a circle cut and I've actually used the letter O in a few card designs.   We hope that our cards have given you a bit of inspiration create a unique card using a circle.
