Balloon Challenge Winner

Jeri was the hostess for this challenge and because she is traveling, she asked if we could please pick a winner for the balloon challenge.  This was very difficult because we had so many wonderful entries.
However, with that said, we landed on one card ....this is truly a giggle card and that is what happens when you take a peek at the face on this darling little mousie holding the balloons.   Congratulations to Gigi who created this precious little card.  Gigi, email me at crayola58@gmail.com and I will get the BBTB2 blinkie to you right away,
