Project of the Week - Cricut Ornament or Ornament cut

Winner of the Week - Cricut Ornament  Challenge

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas - I am still cleaning dishes and picking up wrapping paper!  However, I am looking forward to crafting a bit in the next few days.  Did you get lots of craft related gifts?  I got a new storage bin and can't wait to fill it up and get organized in 2016.

Here is the project of the week winner from last week's challenge submissions:  Clare from Cricut Crafty Clare.    She created this Christmas ornament from A Child's Year cartridge.  Just spectacular, I love the children in the snow.  Check out her blog for directions and more.  Congratulations Clare.   I hope you all will join our challenges in the new year!

Christmas Ornament Challenge

Merry Christmas everyone!

This week it's my turn to host and I have selected, for the second year in a row, the same challenge.  Use a Cricut cut to make an ornament, or use a Cricut cut on an ornament or card

I'm sure you have most of your Christmas Cricut presents done already, perhaps you used your Cricut to create ornaments.  Show us your creations by using the link at the bottom of this post. I didn't have my Explore last December, so this year the possibilities are limitless!

Christmas Wildlife Challenge

Hello everyone. This is Lynn from My Cards 'n Stuff introducing this week's theme, Christmas Wildlife

I don't know if growing up in Wyoming led to a love of wildlife images at Christmas, but most of my Christmas items tend to be animal centered. Cricut has so many wonderful Christmas and winter themed animal images available that it's really hard to choose. I went with the polar bear from A Quilted Christmas for my project today. Ok, this is one project. I couldn't stop, there are 2 more on my blog.

The challenge this week is to create a project with a Cricut cut of an animal or bird that can be associated with Christmas (or winter if you do not celebrate).  Check out the wonderful projects the design team has created, and don't forget to link your project below.  I know everyone is getting really busy, but take a few minutes to enjoy some crafting time and join us!

Hanging of the Greens

Hello, Crafty Friends!  This is Laurie from Crafty Sisters Creations to introduce the challenge for this week--HANGING OF THE GREENS.

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday, but now it's time to turn our thoughts to Christmas!  One of the first things we usually do to get ready for Christmas is decorate.  I love to decorate my home by going GREEN with evergreen boughs, sprigs of holly, garlands, wreaths and mistletoe. And you can't forget a few beautiful poinsettias!

So the challenge this week is to create a project with a Cricut cut of traditional Christmas plants--evergreen trees, holly, ivy, mistletoe, poinsettias, etc.  Check out the beautiful artwork created by my fabulous design team sisters below and then link up your own projects to join the BBTB2 fun!  Let's all HANG THE GREENS this week!

"Thanks" Challenge

Welcome to a new week with Bitten By the Bug 2. I am L.B. from Cool Beans by L.B. and I get to host this week's challenge.

Thanksgiving is all about giving thanks for friends and family and being thankful for what we have in our lives. That is why I decided that this week's challenge would be to include the word "Thanks" on your Thanksgiving themed projects.

I am giving "thanks" for the wonderful design team I get to work with here at BBTB2 and hope you gather some inspiration for your projects as well.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.
