Project of the Week Winner - Shamrock challenge

St. Patrick's Day is one of my favorite holidays, and I always send out cards to my Irish friends.  I loved all the submissions this past week, and am here to announce the winner of our Project of the Week.   NJ Stamping Queen, aka, Marie, created this awesome St. Patrick's Day gift using vinyl.   Hummm, it might be on my plate for next year's design!  Congratulations Marie.
