Hip HIp Hooray! Winner of Graduation challenge

Thanks to all who participated in our Graduation Challenge.  There were some great projects celebrating the grads.  The winner is Cheryl from Even More Scrapping.  Her card featured a couple of great carts blended together for an imaginative image.  The fun layers of paper behind the image didn't distract but made a great background for the pop of the balloon!  (pun intended)
