Clowning Around for April Fool's Day

Hello everyone, Happy April Fool's day from the Bitten by the Bug 2 Design Team! 

I am Susan from Busy with the Cricky and BBTB2 here to introduce our first Guest Designer and our

April Fool's Cricut Challenge. 

We are starting a new feature here at BBTB2 where each month we will present the work of a fabulous Guest Designer.  Our first GD is Nadia Herbst-McConnell, from With Glittering Eyes.  Nadia is an amazing designer who creates the most intricate paper scenes.  Nadia also has a wonderful sense of humor as reflected in her April Fool's project here today.  Nadia fooled her daughter by giving her a "drink" complete with a straw that was actually a glass of jell-o!!  And of course she also gave her an adorable card featuring a clown bear from Teddy Bear Parade!

Because today is April Fool's day I challenged the Design Team to create a project using the Clown Bear from Teddy Bear Parade - or any Cricut clown if they do not have the Teddy Bear Parade cartridge.  I am sure that the Clown Bear is doing some serious clowning around today and would love for you to join us in this week's challenge. Egg-ceptional Easter Eggs Project of the Week Winner

Hello there, Susan here from Busy with the Cricky to announce this weeks Project of the Week winner.  Congratulations to Karen from Crafted with Love by Karen on her adorable Bunny Bear card.  I love the entire scene on this card, but especially the bunny bear, those adorable faces on the eggs and the cute butterflies.  This was an egg-stra special card that I thought needed a shout out..  Congratulations Karen on your egg-cellent card!!

Cards Using A Cricut Card Feature

Hello everyone and welcome to a new challenge here at BBTB2!  Brenda here and I am hosting this weeks challenge.  I had my fabulous design team sisters make a card using any card feature on any Cricut cartridge. I don't use this feature enough on the Cricut Cartridges and I wanted some inspiration. So I thought it would be fun to see how everyone uses this feature,  thus the challenge was born. I know you will find lots of inspiration from my design team sisters and then when you are done being inspired I hope you will go make a card from a card feature too!  Be sure to link it up with us following our simple rules on the right side bar. BBTB2 Challenge Winner- "Bring on the Bunnies"

Hi everyone!  It's Suzanne from Cricutcraftingrammy and the BBTB2 Design Team.  It was my turn to host the BBTB2 challenge last week and everyone was asked to 

"Bring on the Bunnies".

There was such a variety of  adorable bunny projects.  

I love to see what you all create each and every week and this is no exception.  

So now on with the difficult selection to pick one winner.

For this challenge I selected this adorable card 

designed by Paula Bee of  craftwithbee. Congrts Paula!!!!!

I just love the cut from Kate's ABC and these cute little bunnies.  The flower embossing with pearl centers and the  polka dot frame really make the card pop.   I just think it is so Springy and fun.
