Hot Air Balloon Challenge winner

Hi Everyone!  Jeri here to announce the winner of the Hot Air Balloon challenge.  I'd like to thank all of you that entered the challenge.  The fun part of being part of the Design Team is looking at everyone's own personal touches using the required weekly cut.  The hard part of being the week's hostess is having to choose only one entry to receive the Person of the Week Blinkie.  There were so many amazing entries and it was hard to choose, but I'd like to honor Missy from Quick Chick Designs.  I just loved the colors she used for her balloon using her background paper as inspiration.  She had some stitching and that beautiful bow, too.  Well done, Missy!  Thanks for playing along.
