Sweet Challenge Winner!

Please join me in congratulating the winner of our SWEET challenge--Vicki O'Dell!  She made a couple of very sweet cards, but I chose the one with the adorable cupcake cut as the winning entry.  Isn't it SWEET?  I love the embossing, the glitter gems and the doily behind the cupcake.  This one is perfect for a SWEET little girl!
