Back to School Challenge

Hi everyone, it's Michelle here hosting our challenge this week.  I picked a back to school theme, as schools have been getting started for the new year everywhere.  It's your perfect opportunity to scrap those first day pictures or make a cute little note for a lunchbox or maybe something for a teacher!    My layout is for the first day pictures I took, as it's the last first day pic with all three of my boys since my oldest is starting his senior year of high school!  The rest of the design team have some super cool projects to share and we hope you play along by linking up your projects with Mr. Linky below.

L.B. - Locker Talk

Lynn - Creative Everyday Cards, Thoughts and Phrases

Winner of the Wedding - Anniversary Challenge

My 35th wedding anniversary was a beautiful day.  My husband and I went to the church where we were married in San Francisco, a show, dinner and exchanged gifts.  We should do this every year!  BBTB2 had several entries for our "wedding - anniversary" themed challenge.  I fell in love with the layout created by Clare of Cricut Crafty Clare.   She used a silver marker to create her own background paper, and lace on the bride's veil.  Check out her blog for more details of this romantic layout.  She inspired me to think outside the box and try new techniques.  Thanks Clare for the inspiration and winning this week's challenge.    --- Maureen

Wedding/Anniversary Challenge

My turn to host the weekly challenge happened by chance to be my wedding anniversary date.  Thus, it was easy to select the theme for our Bitten By the Bug2 challenge this week - Wedding or Anniversary.  I chose to make a layout celebrating our 35 years together, adding in a wedding picture along with one taken last football season.    Join in the celebration of our wedding and anniversary theme by linking up your card, layout, or project to our linky below.  Please follow the rules on the sidebar.  We look forward to seeing your creations.    - Maureen
