Stretch Your Imagination...Watermelon challenge

Good morning readers! It's my turn to host the blog and hop this time. I've decided to go old school this week and pick an oldie but goodie...Stretch Your Imagination.

I picked the watermelon cut because, well, it is the middle of summer and nothing reminds me more of summer than watermelon...even though I don't eat it. I really dislike watermelon and one of my children is allergic to it. BUT, it doesn't seem to matter because when I see watermelon, I see summer.

It's also our blog hop this week. At the bottom of this post are all the players this time. Please start with Donna and work your way around for the chance to win some great goodies.

Also, join our challenge by completing your own watermelon project. Link us up using McLinky below. Please use new creations in your challenge.

Celebrate With Flourish--Sunny Days

Happy Summer, everyone! Susan here bringing you this week's Bitten by the Bug 2 challenge. This week the design team is using the "Sunny Days" cut from the Celebrate with Flourish cartridge. Celebrate with Flourish is one of my favorite under used cartridges! What I mean by that is I really love the flourish cuts on the cartridge, but I do not use the cartridge as frequently as I should.

Celebrate with Flourish has an abundance of seasonal and holiday cuts making it an amazing all-purpose cartridge. And the phrase "Sunny Days" was perfect for the start of "official" summer!

After you have viewed the team projects, we would love it if you would play along with us. Simply create a new project using the "Sunny Days" from Celebrate with Flourish (or another fun font) and post a link to your project below this post.

Thank you for dropping by today and Happy Sunny Summer!

Thanks again to Mona  for being our guest designer this month. You can get to her blog here.

Freshly Picked...Gnome Challenge

Welcome Everyone, Theresa here, I'm just Chillin "Hangin With My Gnomies" here at Bitten By The Bug 2 weekly challenge! It's my week to pick the challenge and since I've been up to my neck in dirt (and heat, yuck!) working in my Garden, I had to share a few of my Gnomies (aka: Friends) that I've been spending alot of time with! I love the "Freshly Picked" cartridge and actually got it for the cute little Gnomes, but I Love to Garden so it was a huge added bonus!
Well as you guessed I picked the Gnomes to use as my weekly challenge and after I did I realized there weren't any other Gnomes on any of the other carts, well, actually I got a frantic e-mail from some of my Gnomies (aka: Design Team Sisters) saying they didn't have the cart so could I add another image, so I frantically looked at some of the other carts and came to the conclusion that some of the little Elves on some of the carts (Jolly Holidays, Wrap it Up, Paper Doll Dress Up and Gingerbread) look sort of like a Gnome so if you don't have Freshly Picked feel free to use one of the other carts. OR.....................if you don't like the Adorable Little Gnomes you are free to use a Birdbath as a Garden Decoration.
I sure hope you join my "Gnomies" and I in the challenge this week, they sure have pulled out all stops on this one, Amazing, don't you think!? Link up with the Linky below and you could win our cute Pick Of The Week (POW) Blinkie that you can proudly display on your Blog (along with Bragging rights, lol). The challenges are open for two weeks so, Come on, grab your gardening goodies (aka: scrappin supplies) and join My Gnomies and I in the Garden! See Ya There!

((Hugs)) Theresa

Pooh and friends challenge ... cloud

Happy Monday! Shelly here, hosting this weeks challenge. First, thank you for sharing your gorgeous creations with us last week. We really love to see how the cuts we choose inspire you.
The challenge I chose for this week is the cloud from Pooh and Friends. Now if you don't have this cartridge no worries! Use any cloud from any cart. It's all about the fun at BBTB2 not the technicalities :)
So how about we see what this marvelous design team has inspired us with this week?

Also this month, we have a Guest Designer. Please welcome Mona. You can visit here blog here...Scrapbooking for Joy.

My name is Mona, and I have a passion for scrapbooking and photography. I want my child & the future generations to have a fun, detailed & memorable documentary of their family history. I want to leave my family with lessons learned, monumental moments & just the simple things in life. I'm hoping my passion will be appreciated and passed on. Scrapbooking is more than just a hobby; it brings the family together. Everything is a beautiful memory!
